About Julie

Julie Mitsios, the founder of Conscious Choice has been an advocate of the living foods lifestyle since 2005 

Julie was the first to bring the art of living foods to Sydney when she started teaching the principles of preparing organic raw living cuisine in 2007. 

She is a Certified Raw Living Foods Chef and Instructor she has trained extensively in the United States at some of the most prestigious raw food establishments including:
  • Living Light Culinary Arts Institute,California;
  • The creative Health Institute, Michigan; and
  • The Tree of Life,Arizona.

Julie has also trained extensively with experts in the field  including Alissa Cohen, Matthew Kenney, Elaina Love and most recently with raw food doctors Rick and Karin Dina.

Julie regularly travels internationally to keep up to date with the latest information and trends in the raw food movement and regularly hosts international speakers in Sydney.

Julie is passionate about teaching and inspiring people to incorporate fresh living foods into there lives. No matter where you are at on your journey towards health, Julie makes you feel like you have so many options to create healthy delicious vibrant living foods.
